Return & Exchange Policy
At Adwait, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Size Exchange
We offer a one-time size exchange for eligible products. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Customers are requested to check the size chart carefully before placing an order. Exchange is subject to size availability.
Returns
If the product is not suitable or not liked, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Store Credit
After receiving and quality-checking the returned product, we will issue store credit equivalent to the product value. Store credit can be used on your next purchase at Adwait. No direct cash or bank refund will be provided.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for used, washed, damaged products, products without original tags or packaging, or requests made after 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or videos for assistance.
